HOW TO ORDER

1. Select the size of your artwork in the drop-down menu. You can also choose whether you’d like:

* Artwork only

* Artwork + Frame

* Artwork + Frame + Box (perfect for gifting!)

2. Send me a clear, high-resolution photo of your home after placing the order. Please ensure the photo shows the full house, in good lighting, and from the angle you would like me to paint, I cannot change the perspective.
3. For more complex customizations (e.g., adding pets, people or combining photos), please contact me BEFORE purchasing so we can discuss details.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIME

* Current production time: 3–4 weeks from the moment the order is placed.

* If you need your painting by a specific date, please message me BEFORE placing your order to confirm availability.

PERSONALIZATION OPTIONS

* Add family names, addresses, or short quotes with hand-painted watercolor brush lettering for a delicate and artistic finish.

* Small details (like flowers, shutters, or seasonal changes) can be adjusted upon request.

PHOTO GUIDELINES

* Please provide a clear, high-quality photo that accurately shows the house colors and details.

* Photos taken in poor lighting or low resolution may affect the accuracy of the final painting.

* Remember: the portrait will reflect the photo you send, the angle or perspective cannot be altered.
